With a high Omega 3 content this fish is suited to dry and moist heat preparations The flesh is a perfect canvas for many flavour profiles making it suited to a broad range of cuisines.
This fish is found on the menu at many restaurants such as Rockpool, Fujisaki and Catalina
All fillets are between 140g - 180g
