Refund Policy

Bondi Oysters will not accept refunds due to a change of mind. We will ensure our best efforts to offer a refund where possible but due to our guarantee of fresh produce we cannot offer refunds within 7 days of the order due.

Upon delivery, we will take you through the product. If you are unhappy with your product's quality or condition, we will return the product for a refund.

Once the order is delivered and has been accepted by the customer, this shows the product meets the customer's quality standard and no refund will be offered beyond this point.

Please do not send your purchase back to Bondi Oysters, or to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Following this, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
